The Institution for Development of Competences, Innovation and Specialization of Zadar County INOVAcija successfully organized and conducted an Expert Training as part of the IN4BLUE project – Social impact INcubators FOR strengthening the capacity of the Adriatic region to support the sustainable industry transformation of the BLUE economy sector (ITHR0200355).

The training took place on Friday, August 29, 2025, at the Creative Industries Center in Zadar, bringing together employees and members of the IN4BLUE project support network.

The goal of the training was to enhance participants' knowledge and skills in the fields of innovation, design, and co-creation, with a particular focus on collaboration with startups, creative industries, and small businesses in the context of the blue and green transition.

Through interactive lectures and hands-on exercises, participants explored methodologies such as:

• Design Thinking
• Design Sprint
• Prototyping, validation, and co-creation with users

The training provided an excellent opportunity for participants to develop practical skills that will be crucial in the upcoming phases of the project implementation.
