Project overall objective:

IN4BLUE - To build and activate the cross-border systematic support network of key development stakeholders for strengthening the skills and the capacities of local actors (CI, Blue Economy, Regions) to act upon and become part of digital and green transition actions, enabling the positive synergy effects on the employment, innovativeness, resilience and sustainable competitiveness in the Adriatic Region.

Project is a capacity-building project that addresses the lack of skills of local actors:

creative industry, blue economy and other connected sectors to act upon and become part of digital and green transition actions.

Project focuses on micro and small enterprises from two sectors of blue economy: coastal tourism and maritime transport and their connected value-chains.

Specific objectives:

SO 1.1 Social impact business incubators operationalized and are implementing the innovative IN4BLUE collaboration mechanisms that targets the micro and small enterprises from Creative industry and blue economy sectors of coastal tourism and maritime transport to develop skills for the green transition.

SO 2.1 To strenghten the capacities of SMEs within IN4BLUE network to boost the innovation in the selected sectors of the blue economy: coastal tourisma and maritime transport trough trainings, mutual-learning process and hands on experience (learn-by-dooing projects).

SO 3.1 To provide knowledge and create stable and sustainable business environment for different actors to innovate and contribute to the higher level of personal skill and higher level of business environment integration leading to increased capacity to innovate in the area of green and digital transition in the blue economy sector.
